• Manage a high-volume caseload of personal injury files throughout the pre-litigation process.
• Obtain and organize medical records, billing records, insurance disclosures, and lien information.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and provide case updates.
• Coordinate with clients to ensure compliance with physician-recommended treatment plans.
• Monitor case progress and deadlines to ensure timely movement toward settlement.
• Work closely with attorneys, medical providers, insurance companies, and other stakeholders.
• Assist with settlement preparation and case resolution.

• Prior experience handling pre-litigation personal injury cases in a plaintiff-side law firm.
• Strong organizational and case management skills.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and client service skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and proactively.
