? Now Hiring: Commercial Business Litigation Paralegal - Downtown Austin

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a top-tier commercial litigation boutique in Downtown Austin to hire an experienced Commercial Business Litigation Paralegal. This firm handles high-stakes matters ranging from $1M to $200M+ and is recognized as one of only three Chambers Tier 1 Commercial Litigation firms in Austin.

This is a unique opportunity to join a highly respected, trial-focused practice that offers the sophistication of big law with the culture and collaboration of a boutique firm.

? Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 DOE
• Bonus: ~1 month salary annually (December)
• Profit Sharing: 6% after 1 year
• 401(k): 25% employer match
• Medical: 100% employer-paid for employee
• PTO: Discretionary (unlimited)

• Overtime eligible
• Hybrid flexibility (primarily in-office)
• Relocation assistance: Up to $10K (for Houston/Dallas candidates)

?? About the Role:

• Support complex commercial litigation matters, including:
• Business disputes
• Oil & gas litigation
• Partnership disputes
• Breach of contract cases
• Work across state, federal, and regulatory matters nationwide
• Heavily involved in:
• Discovery and large-scale document management (Relativity)
• Case progression tracking
• Trial preparation (binders, exhibits, logistics)
• Exposure to 1-2 trials per year, including large trial teams

? What We're Looking For:

• Strong experience in complex commercial litigation (required)
• Proficiency in Relativity or similar document management systems
• Ability to manage high-volume, document-heavy cases
• Experience supporting multiple attorneys across concurrent matters
• Highly organized with strong communication and self-management skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment

Preferred:

• ~15+ years of paralegal experience
• Prior trial experience in large commercial matters

? Team & Culture:

• Collaborative, case-driven workflow (not assigned to specific attorneys)
• Support across 20+ attorneys depending on case needs
• Tight-knit team of 7 paralegals with exceptional tenure (~15 years avg.)
• Strong culture focused on respect, stability, and long-term growth
• Proven track record of internal development and retention

? Billables:

• No minimum billable requirement
• Typical range: 1,200 - 1,700 hours annually (avg. ~1,350)
• Billables are not tied to bonus eligibility
