Description
LHH is actively recruiting for a Corporate Legal Assistant to join a reputable law firm in Nashville, TN. This opportunity is a great fit for a proactive legal professional with 2-3 years of corporate experience who thrives in a dynamic, team-focused setting.Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support to corporate attorneys on transactional matters
- Draft, revise, and format contracts, agreements, and related documentation
- Manage complex calendars, deadlines, and scheduling for attorneys
- Assist with corporate filings, entity formations, and governance documents
- Coordinate closings, meetings, and client communications
- Maintain and organize digital and physical client files
- Support billing processes, time entry, and expense reporting
- Handle document management and ensure accuracy and consistency across materials
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience supporting attorneys in a corporate practice
- Strong technical skills with Microsoft Office and document management systems
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability
- Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment
- Professional communication skills and a client-service mindset

Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
